At MRCOOL HVAC Supply, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your heating and cooling solutions. If your equipment is unopened and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the MRCOOL unit is securely fastened to its original pallet and all components are included in the original, unsealed packaging.
Schedule Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will assist in coordinating a freight carrier to collect the shipment from your location.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the unit for damage and completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
